Privacy Policy
This document explains in plain language what information is collected on the alma studio site, what it is used for, who else sees it, how long it is kept and what you can ask for at any moment. It follows the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 which took effect in August 2025.
Who is responsible for the information
The database owner and the party responsible for the information is alma studio. An active business from Eilat that builds websites and promotes businesses on Google. You can reach us about any privacy matter by phone or WhatsApp at 050-294-0127.
We have not appointed a data protection officer, and at our scale of activity there is no such legal requirement. Inquiries are handled directly by the business owner.
What information is collected and from whom
- Details you leave in the contact form. Name, phone and the content of your message. You provide them voluntarily and there is no legal duty to do so. Without a name and phone we cannot get back to you
- The consent box you checked in the form and the time it was checked. We keep them so there is a record of what you agreed to
- A WhatsApp message or a phone call reaches our device directly and is not stored on the site servers
- General usage data such as pages viewed and where you arrived from. This is collected only if you approved measurement cookies
What the information is used for
The form details serve one purpose. To get back to you and handle your inquiry. If you also checked the updates box we will send you professional content from time to time, and you can remove yourself from any message.
Usage data helps us understand what works on the site and what needs improving. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to any party for its own marketing.
Who else holds the information
To run the site we use established infrastructure providers that are committed to data protection. Each one receives only what it needs for its own function and may not use the information for its own purposes. The current list of providers is available on request.
- A cloud hosting provider that stores the site and serves it to visitors
- A secure cloud database provider where form inquiries are stored
- Measurement and tag management services that run only after you approve cookies
- An email provider that sends us an alert about a new inquiry and sends updates to those who asked for them
Transfer of information outside Israel
Some infrastructure providers run servers outside Israel, mainly in the European Union and the United States. This means the information may be stored or processed there. The providers we work with are committed to an accepted standard of protection, and we use them in line with Israeli law on transferring information abroad.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept as long as they are needed to handle the inquiry and any business relationship that grows from it. If the inquiry did not lead to an engagement we delete the details within two years at most. If you asked for deletion earlier we do it right away.
Information security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Inquiries are stored in a secure cloud database with limited permissions and access only for the business owner. We keep up with routine security updates. Still, no system is completely immune, and we will follow the reporting duties set in law if a security event requires it.
Cookies
Essential cookies that keep the site running are always on and cannot be turned off. Measurement and advertising cookies load only after you approve them in the notice that appears when you enter the site. If you declined, no measurement tool loads and the site keeps working as usual.
You can change your choice at any time. Clearing the browsing data of this site in your browser will make the notice appear again and you can choose again.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13 you have the following rights, and we honor every one of them.
- To know whether we hold information about you and to review it
- To ask us to correct information that is not accurate, complete or up to date
- To ask us to delete information that is no longer needed for the purpose it was given for
- To withdraw consent you gave and stop receiving updates
- To contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority if you feel we did not handle your request properly
How to exercise a right
Send us a WhatsApp message or call 050-294-0127 and tell us what you are asking for. We will handle the request promptly and no later than the deadline set in law. We may ask you to verify that you really are the person the information relates to, and that is to protect you.
Minors
The site is meant for business owners and is not aimed at minors. We do not knowingly collect information about children. If it turns out such information was given we will delete it.
